But I did manage to do a little poetry experiment and come up with this poem, based off of the best words from page 131 of Lucky magazine's 2014 March issue.

Poem: Spring, for some people
I am trying trying trying to do more writing. I ordered myself to write one poem this weekend. So of course, ever the contrarian, my brain actually made some significant progress in two story ideas I am developing for screenplays.

Come On Get Crafty: Patchwork Parade
When you read a lot of magazines like I do, all the tons of pictures of celebs and their dress are nice to look at once but they eventually being to melt into a sort of blur, a parade of people. We are obsessed and mesmerized with them one minute, and but then they fade into the background. Sometimes we look at them and appreciate them for their real beauty, other times, we just expect them to be there.
It kinda reminds me of stained glass.

Powder Keg: Zodiac-inspired Fashion Spread, British Vogue, Dec 2010
I would like to share one of my favorite photo spreads. It was a creative break from the traditional model-in-front-of-color-solid-wall or model-in-grassy-field/beach or model-in-exotic-land cycle we usually get. In December 2010, the British Vogue published a spread inspired by the zodiac signs. You can find them all here. Below are my favorites.
